The senior mgmt, the supervisors and the HR...every one’s the same..They give a damn about their employees. Lots of politics. No support from supervisor or managers. You will always find the managers supporting the supervisors without judging or listening to the agents.
You can’t even use your breaks completely, favoritism..Don’t even expect any growth..If u complain about anything wrong or any ill practices, u r the one who would be sacked..
So better shut your mouth and work or else leave..Worst choice in life if u have no other option..Very less salary..not compatible..
HR bargains while offer discussion as if they r gonna pay from their pockets..
